Costa Family & Friends 2025

Costa Family & Friends 2025: the solidarity lunch to celebrate the successes of Vegabula Summer Edition and build the future. Riccardo Forzan, Executive Chef of Hotel La Perla in Corvara, and music by "Le Fiabe Di John" and Nico Platter in a day of celebration for diploma ceremonies and fundraising in support of Vegabula 2026.

What does it really mean to see your dreams come true? A year ago we spoke of promises, today we celebrate concrete results. How does an experimental project transform into a living testimony of successful inclusion?

Costa Family Foundation has found the answer through the extraordinary success of its first project in South Tyrol: Vegabula Summer Edition 2025, a socio-occupational inclusion program realized in collaboration with the Hotel Management School of Bruneck that exceeded all expectations.

During summer 2025, within Vegabula - the vegan teaching restaurant in Bruneck open to the public - 5 young people with vulnerabilities had the opportunity to train with experienced chefs and grow professionally and personally through intense and engaging educational moments.

Vegabula truly proved to be that place of dialogue, innovation and connection between different worlds that we had imagined: of young people with different abilities; of school and work; of students and citizens; of humanity and nature.

It became a place of encounter, unity, and beauty. A place of experimentation and openness where teachers carried forward the project with love and dedication. A protected place where the 5 most vulnerable young people managed to find their dimension and express themselves to their full potential: unique, different, unrepeatable.

Five young people, five unique transformation stories that demonstrate how quality inclusion can truly make a difference. Because it's not the number that counts, but the intensity of the experience, the care dedicated to each one, the possibility of following each young person in their personal journey of discovery and growth.

The project supported by Costa Family Foundation in collaboration with the Hotel Management School of Bruneck allowed the young people involved to continue their growth journey during the summer, proving that when you truly believe in the potential of every young person, results exceed all expectations.

Sunday, September 14, 2025 from 12:00 PM, in the enchanting setting of the garden of Hotel La Perla in Corvara (L'Murin) nestled in the heart of the Dolomites, the third edition of Costa Family & Friends will take place: a solidarity lunch to celebrate the successes achieved and raise funds for Vegabula 2026.

The day will be dedicated to celebration and gratitude: Riccardo Forzan, Executive Chef of Hotel La Perla in Corvara, will prepare specialties that will delight the palate, while live music by "Le Fiabe Di John" (from 12:00 to 2:00 PM) and Nico Platter (from 2:00 to 4:00 PM) will accompany this special moment. The heart of the day will be the presentation of diplomas to the 5 protagonists of Vegabula Summer Edition, together with their families and teachers from the Hotel Management Institute of Bruneck who made this transformation possible.

A special moment will be dedicated to the solidarity lottery at 3:30 PM: the Vegabula young people themselves will sell tickets (for only 5€) and present the prize drawing. A selection of special prizes that celebrate the Dolomite territory and the Costa family philosophy, transforming each ticket into a gesture of concrete solidarity.

The lunch cost is 90€ and the entire proceeds - together with the solidarity lottery funds - will go to support Vegabula 2026: to allow other young people with vulnerabilities to live the same transformative experience, in an even richer and more engaging version thanks to everything we learned together this year.
